It is an excellent place where you can eat well and deliciously, at any time and the establishment is very clean. The delicious food.
I went today and I'll never go back. The omelet was really good, but... I said, because I'm chewing like sand, I couldn't tell if it fell on the floor and I burned it. Maybe it had ground glass in it. I'll never go back. I reported it, and they charged me for it anyway.
I love this place. I love their food and especially their signature coffee. Their bread is very very good! You can now buy their ground coffee to take home. We go there every time we're in Leon.

In the city where I live there is no Bisquets de Obregon, so every time I have the opportunity I come to have breakfast with Veracruz-style eggs, a typical coffee with milk and a biscuit with butter. I really enjoy this breakfast. Here in the center of Leon Guanajuato the restaurant is small, the place is narrow and goes from the main square of Leon to the street, yet the distribution of the tables gives space to accommodate many diners, it caught my attention that several waiters offered us tables, it looked like a market where vendors offer their products to customers, far from making me uncomfortable I was pleased as it seemed more like teamwork of the waiters, not that they were fighting to put them on their table.
